Honestly ..... I drink carbonated drinks all the time. Especially diet coke !!! Prior to the sleeve I drank alot of coffee, but I realised that drinking too much coffee gives me very bad acid reflux. So I've switched to Diet coke for my souce of caffine. Pasta is something that I cant take too much of, which means I still can eat it, but in very small portions... honestly ... everything is in small portions.... The only thing I cant do now ... is eat like a normal person....

I suppose you meant pre-sleeve... Well... my most embarrassing moment was post-sleeve... When I finished my meal.... had a sip of Water, and all of a sudden ....... this great big glop of slime came out of my mouth onto the plate....

Guess being hairy around the belly might help to cover the scars too?

Yup, like most others ,,,, mine was stuck in me only after I was out... The Doc didnt even tell me it would be required... and when I woke up ,.,,, Surprise .... Found it quite comfortable when it was in ... but going to the smoking section was a b***h, not to mention bathing. it just gets in the way ... All said... the nurse who pulled it out was really hot... and no surprise I was hard as wood as soon as she touched my wood... wouldnt go down with all the pain of her yanking it out..... But her cleaning me up is a pleasant memory I will keep in my head for many years..........~

I'm from South East Asia... and everything is spicy ... honestly .... I used to love spicy food.... and I can stomach it .... even now ... But for some weird reason, I just dont have the craving or lust for it anymore~ I might take abit coz I remember I used to love it... but ... after a taste... dat's it. Not coz I cant take it .... it's just ... "hmmm nice .. ok ... wat else is there?"

* Meals should include: Protein first, then fruits and vegetables, and then whole grains WTF?!! Other than a multi-Vitamin (Centrium - Silver), I was told to take fruits and vege followed by protein... & avoid carbs if possible~!

What's up with the Protein? I was just told to drink enough Water. And ya ... I dun feel hungry either. But I do feel the acid reflux~! Which is why I eat anything really.....

I've been angry for abt 2-3weeks now~!@@!! REally pissed of at everything !!! I've become emotional and irrational... and it seems very hard to go to work cos everyone just does things that make me irritated. I dont understand what is going on.... I hate feeling this way ...
