  1. That is amazing. Keep up the excellent work! Thank you for sharing.
  2. I didn't go the whole first week. The second only once too. It is normal from what I gather and makes sense, given our intake. Good luck!
  3. Hopefully not, but let us know. Thinking of you!
  4. Good to know that I am not alone. Thank you so much y'all.
  5. ...to have soreness in my ribs three weeks after surgery? Sometimes I feel the soreness in my back too. I guess in the rib area there too. I would think I would be healing, but I am just now experiencing soreness. ???
  6. Wow, thats amazing. Great job!
  7. Congrats. Hope all goes well for you. It's really an exciting time in our lives!
  8. Good luck to you. Holler when you're out and let us know.
  9. Hey Nadz. Congrats! Thats awesome news. Keep it up. You lost a lot since we talked last. Great.
  10. I don't think Fluid retention would be a sign of dehydration. You should probably look at sodium content esp if you are eating anything canned, or it could be hormonal fluctuation. Near your time of month?
  11. Are you sure it wasn't 8 8oz cups a day? You have to be drinking a lot more than just one or even two cups a day.
  12. Yeah, it's really amazing to me that I am not tempted by it. And of course we all want our children to eat healthfully, and thank God that my kids do. But every now and then they will have desserts and treats. They just will. And it is part of real life for me, us, to be able to have the fortitude to not eat it.
  13. Good luck both of you. Wishing you the best!
  14. Is that I am sitting at the dining room table while my kids are eating their after school meal, and there is a home made flan and a box of Krispy Kreme, and I am ok. If you knew me, you would know how odd that is indeed. I love my sweets. Apparently, not so much anymore. Thank God!
  15. Best wishes to all of you. Try to think positive thoughts and relax as much as possible.
  16. Good luck to you. I went through those same feelings too. You'll probably have even more of those at the hospital along with strong emotions before surgery. But hopefully before you know it will be over and you will be recovering quickly and realize it is so worth it! Let us know.
  17. This is weird. Sometimes if I lightly touch my right upper abdominal area, I feel a cool almost damp sensation although it is neither. Anyone ever felt something like that or heard about that?
  18. Congrats! Keep up the good work and healing!
