Well... Since I lost weight...guys won't talk to me near as much. Before they were more interested in me and my out going personality. Now they ask my friends about me. They say I'm too intimidating. WTH??
  2. It's so wonder.... but why am I sitting here crying like a baby?
  3. OM MY GOSH!!!! MY BMI IS NORMAL!!! I JUST REALIZED I AM A NORMAL WEIGHT!!! THIS IS AMAZING!!! :Banane59:
  4. I hope you both get better soon. That's terrible and I hope your doctors are on top of it.
  5. I seem to get energy from some sort of moving and exercising. Seems to energize me right up.
  6. This is so great! I feel the same way. I don't have the pain in my knees anymore that kept me from wanting to walk. It just disappeared one day.LOL! THE BEST DECISION I EVER MADE!!!
  7. Superbowl Kicked my behind. Happy to be back on track and loosing again now though. I didn't beat myself up about eating too much.... more about feeling so bad after eating that much.
  8. Oh my goodness!!! You are doing so well though! 43lbs in since 12/19. WOW! Even if any of your loss is from before that is amazing! Please don't compare yourself to ANYONE else. You are probably just having that notorious stall that everyone has. I had it. Didn't lose weight but lost a ton of inches. Hang in there and before you know it the scale will be moving again.
  9. I am 6 months out and 17lbs to goal. I have lost only 2lbs in the last month.
  10. That's sounds like what might be happening. Some days I just don't pay attention to my water intake.
  11. I evaluate everything I put in my mouth at this point. I have had one beer about once every two weeks but I don't even finish them, drink about half. I thought that was the problem and really not even interested in it now. I really want this last 17 lbs gone and gone forever. I'm hanging in there. I said that if I didn't lose another pound I'd be happy but I guess I was wrong. My muscles are looking amazing and I'm happy with that for sure! I still have some fat on my tummy to go but other than that I'm good.
  12. My goal weight was going to be 125... However I think 135 would be a better fit for me and my med bone build. I kinda thought that this last 20 lbs would be a little harder to get off (hence joining Zumba) but didn't realize it would be this hard.
  13. I have been at 152-154 for the last month. I have lost 2 lbs. 2! Is this normal? I haven't changed my diet... not eating anymore (maybe even less) than I was when I lost all the other 80lbs. Did I mess up joining Zumba? Am I gaining muscle mass? What the heck am I doing wrong??? Someone please help me. Please keep in mind that I also had my gallbladder taken out on the 27th of Jan. Can this have anything to do with it?
  14. That is the most wonderful thing I have heard!! So great!
  15. That is so great! Congratulations!!! So happy for you!
  16. Wow! Girl you look amazing! I can't wait until I can find the courage to wear a red dress like that! Fabulous!
  17. I love this!!! After all of our hard work we deserve to be able to relax and enjoy some "ME" time. No better place than a warm, relaxing bubble bath.
  18. Good luck!!! Have a safe trip and keep us updated!
  19. That is so wonderful!!! Congratulations!!! In a couple of weeks you will be shopping again!
  20. I agree... Sometimes I think.. Dangit! I forgot to eat... This is not good either. Gotta have food too while loosing or you won't lose. It's all a get balancing act.
  21. Thank you all. I am proud but mostly because I finally faced the fact that I couldn't do it on my own and asked for help. I feel amazing! I just can't say that enough!!
  22. On the 4th I will be 6 months out. I have lost almost 80lds. I feel great! This is the best thing I have ever done and would do it again in a heart beat! So here is a side by side of me before and 6 months out. :smile1:
  23. I love this! Congratulations!!!
  24. I absolutely love this thread! I haven't had many nay sayers but.... the looks I get from former friends who told me not to do it and the rumors they started are really crazy! They started one telling everyone that I was on drugs. Wasn't that nice of them. There was another one that I was dieing. Real sweet too. But I hold my head up and know that I did the right thing for me and my family. I really don't care what people say and if they are my friends they know what I have done and why I did it. I actually had one of my long time guy friends almost punch another guy because he was repeating one of those rumors. I love Scott. He's the best.
