Did I slip my band??????????????
You healed up nicely from surgery..restriction comes from fills and you have no fill so it is quite normal to not feel any restriction. Not to worry, it is normal to be hungrier as you get father post op. Once you get your fills things will change.

B 12 way down
I had the same thing happen. I take a B100 complex everyday..you may have to cut it up or get a liquid version to get it down.

WLS is the easy way
There is nothing easy about WLS How many of us have struggled to not drink with meals and to wait an hour after we eat to drink? How many of us have struggled to not drink carbonation? How many of us have struggled eating Protein first then veggies then fruits then carbs? How many of us have struggled with taking small bites and chewing until our food is in liquid state? How many of us have struggled with the dreaded PB or the golf ball feeling in the chest or the slimes? None of this has been easy... Walk a mile in a WLS patients shoes, then judge is all I can say to anyone who thinks this is the easy way out.

Info on my fill..please
you are too tight, plain and simple! Having as little as .2-.4 cc's removed will make a huge difference in being able to eat but yet still give enough restriction to lose weight. 1.8 is alot of a fill to add to your prior fill, did he use flouro to see your restriction? Call your Dr. be a responsible bandster, there is no reason to have this much restriction, it is not healthy for you or your band!

How bad is eating before bed, please?!
When I was banded I would always wash my pouch out with a 20 oz glass of water before bedtime..to help ensure no reflux at night and that no food was sitting in my pouch all night long and it helped for me to be able to not be so restricted in the morning.

Not lost for 4 weeks now...Why?
up your calories to atleast 1200 that may get things going again..800 -1000 is too low, your body may think you are starving it and remember if you are working out, muscle weighs more then fat, you may be producing some muscle there with all your crosstraining, for me easing up on the exercise and uping my caloreis always worked..whenever I exercised I never lost weight if you can beleive that!

Mad at my scale
Hmmm..interesting Here here..I second that..I too lost my band due to erosion. Be thankful everyday for your band!

Did anybody pass on getting 1st fill??
There is no rule that says you have to get your first fill at 6 weeks post op..the 6 weeks post op is only there because that is as soon as most doctors will give you a first fill. If you are losing on a steady basis 1-3 lbs a week, there is no need to get a fill at 6 weeks post op. I did not have my first fill until almostthe 10th week post op. No need to rush it..this is a journey..the longer you can go without a fil lthe better longevity of your band is how I see it. Don't mess with success, like the saying goes..if it aint broken, don't fix it. Get your first fill after you have seen a plateau for a couple of weeks with no weight loss andwhen you see yourself being able to eat more. Here is a good site for fills http://lapbandtransformation.com/Adjustments.htm Good Luck and congrats on the 22 lbs..you are off to a great start

Drinking While Eating?
I will give you a little advice, once your pouch is full with hard proteins and you go to drink..you will not do it again, OUCH it hurts, when your pouch is full and you drink while eating or too son after eating you get backed up like a toliet and it is painful, you may not notice it now with mushies but I guarantee you will notice the pain once you are on solids , when I'd go out to eat, I'd order NO drink and not ask for water, if it is there so is the tmeptation, so to avoid it, dont have it near you..and hopefully you will not be ordering value meals any longer so that will not be an issue either. if you drink while eating you defeat the purpose of filling your pouch or having the band since the liquids will push the food through your band quicker and you will be hungry again sooner... I hope this helps you some Good Luck

Endoscopy Questions
I was under light sedation, the call it twilight, the procedure too kabout 3 minutes once they got the scope in..total time for me was less then 10 minutes, yes there was an IV needle to administer the sedation medicine I had mine in Mexico, it was cheaper too even if my insurance covered it here in the US it still was cheaper in MX and I had resutls instantly, with video and print out of pictures and a typed written report

How long did you do *just* liquids??
I was on liquids for 3 weeks, 2 weeks of clear liquids and 1 week of full liquids...you need to folllow your Dr.s post op instructions, every Dr. has a different post op plan. Follow the rules , do not deviate from his instructions, there is a reason he gave them to you. You need to heal, eating too soon before your Dr. allows it could jeopardize things with your band. I know it is hard but there is light at the end of the tunnel, hang in there Drink Protein drinks to get in your protein, it helps curb hunger and may help with the nausea
