  4. Really I do too! Someone isn't censoring very well....
  5. Hi Ken, I can't help you with your plateau, I was just banded 10/15 , sitting here drinking my Protein drinks. I have been to your blog, but I'm on my phone so I'll check more out when I get on my computer. Just by what I read, you must be a Simpson's fan. My daughter talks to me in that Mc so & so talk.lol I also have the Eat to Live book and we get him every weekend on pbs. There's a lot of truth in what he says, but I have caught him in an untruth too. IMO, I don't think most people can live the rest of their lives eating like that. Just like you can't live on any "diet" for the rest of your life. Looking forward to reading your blog. Good luck with your current stall and congratulations on your success.
  6. Hey Weeze, welcome to the board! You can learn a lot here. Hope you stick around and post often.
  7. Mine was 3" right under rib.1 1/2 by navel and 3 less than 1".
  8. Here's a code, see if you can figure it out CG& AJ. BMBFWAB'S
  9. Dee, I did that with my Prilosec capsule yesterday. Got it out of medicine bottle threw it in my mouth & took a swallow of water,7 days post op. Then the thought oh geez what did I do. It turned out well, found out I don't have to open it and swallow a bunch of beads. And took my B/P medicine last night without crushing. YAY!
  10. What an awesome thread, thank you! Congratulations on your success! Please stick around and help the soon to be & just banded ppl, me being one if them. You Rock!
  11. Nurse put ice cold wash clothes on forehead & neck and had me sniff alcohol. That kept me from vomiting.
  12. You will all do very well with your attitude . That's what is really nice about being on a forum. The pro's can inspire us and the ppl who make terrible food choices can also inspire us. I feel sorry for some ppl b/c they were given the LB, but absolutely no instructions. It amazes me. I was pleased to have 6 mths to research everything I needed to know about the band. Had my insurance said sure right away and a couple wks later get banded, I would have failed. I needed 6mths of LBT to be ready. To our success!
  13. Glad you're posting & welcome!
  14. I'm finding the opposite since banding 7 days ago. Hopefully it sticks!lol I only drank Water with a flavor enhancer, but now I want it plan. What I also have noticed my sense of smell has been enhanced too. If chocolate was in the house, I'd smell it.
