PBing is Productive Burping. It's a gentle, non-violent or forceful way of bringing stuck food back up. Unlike vomiting which causes stomach retching and is violent. It's "burping" food back up.

Thanks Mis73! I've been wanting to ask this question. I find myself on this site all day long!

I had a PB yesterday......I ate one piece of turkey bacon in the morning pretty much as I ran out the door....well I got in the car and out of habit I gulped a sip of water...and OMG the pain...I pulled the car over...had my PB...of the water and we were on our way...my son looks over and said...forgot you shouldnt dring after eatting huh mom...LOL

Dee, I did that with my Prilosec capsule yesterday. Got it out of medicine bottle threw it in my mouth & took a swallow of water,7 days post op. Then the thought oh geez what did I do. It turned out well, found out I don't have to open it and swallow a bunch of beads. And took my B/P medicine last night without crushing. YAY!
