  12. first of all at this stage of the game and I guess for the rest of your journey patience is key. At 3 weeks your body is still adjusting to what it has been dealt. It is very likely you are in starvation mode where your body is going to hold onto its fat for dear life. Also how much protein are you getting in... max amounts will show greater weight loss. Also are you drinking your water and getting your vitamins and exercising. If you follow protocol the weight will come off you just have to have patience.
  13. First of all if you havent talked to your dr about what is going on I suggest that you do so. What you are describing doesnt sound normal to me.
  14. You guys need to give your pouch time to heal. The nerve endings are all messed up.. You will start feeling the full feeling in 3-4 weeks. In the mean time only eat what the dr wants you to because you dont want to mess things up

  17. I was using those baby bel lights to supplement my protein... my surgeon wants me to do another shake... I too do one in the morning... and boy do I hate it. He said the try the unjury chicken noodle soup..so that's gonna be my next purchase. I have seen pretty good reviews.
