  1. Have you tried PB2 in your shakes? Just a healthier option with 45 calories and 5 grams of protein. It really helps the taste! I think it would be ok to use the Nutella but not the full serving!

  8. Can you mix the yogurt with something? I mix it with my Protein shakes and it makes them taste better! I use Fage Greek. Good luck!

  11. I eat strawberries or blueberries daily. I had a bad reaction to cantaloupe, so I won't be trying that soon!
