I have been eating Nutella for about a month. I can't say that it is for the protein and actually I feel guilty when I do eat it. I am almost to my year mark (11-14-11) and I waited until now to eat it. I think, like peanut butter, I will continue to eat it in moderation. It does have some protein in it but the carbs and sugar out weigh it, I'm sure.

I've put a little nutela on some of the nastier protein bars I bought pre-op and eaten them as a treat. Heat up the bar first and it's like having dessert. I don't know that nutella is good or bad, but it sure made those icky protein bars easier to eat, even with only a small teaspoon spread on them. :)

i am not sleeved, yet, but i would say that out of all the "bad" things that you could eat, at least nutella has some nutritional value.. so you could feel less guilty about eating it. i'm not sure what the Protein in it is, but at least it has some.. unlike cake.. or pie.. or a snicker's bar... or something like that. lol :)

it would be awesome if it were a protein source.. LOL i'd be like living in the factory.. lol :)

I am thinking if I put a little in a Protein drink that it would be okay?

Have you tried PB2 in your shakes? Just a healthier option with 45 calories and 5 grams of protein. It really helps the taste! I think it would be ok to use the Nutella but not the full serving!
