Unflavored, non-fat, Greek Yogurt is best. Depending on your doctor's guidelines, you can add your own level of sweetness later with 4-6 blueberries OR raspberries.

nonfat yogurt (whatever brand, flavor you like) freezes really well and you can eat them as popsicles if you'd like to try that...

There is fozen greek yougurt that taste pretty good

Dannon lite n fit Greek I freeze them and they arr really yummy plus are fat free low sugar and have 12 gram Protein good luck!!!
