  1. Hello had my 6 month follow up today!! HW: 321 Pre-op: 312 Dos: 298 Today: 228 90lbs down from highest and 70lbs from syrgegu
  2. Date sleeved:8/13 Start weight: 321. Day of surgery 297 Weight today:257 What you eating and how much daily: Protein shakes Greek yogurt string cheese plenty Water chicken shrimp fish. I try to stay on high proten low carb a little under 800 cal a day Daily work out: cardio 3-4 times a week was doing weights but trainer said wait till I'm closer to goal weight so I'm not toning my body the way it is How hungery are you?: not really hungry mostly head hunger How you feel physically: I feel great lots more energy How you feel emotionally: I feel ok wish I had better results that can sometime be a bummer Are you glad you chose the sleeve?: best choice ever
  3. Besides the pounds you have to look at inches I'm the very opposite from what I'm reading here. I've lost only 40lbs post surgery was in a tight 22 now I'm comfortable in a 16. I've lost a lot of inches around my waist but not that many lbs I was sleeved 8/13 so I'm two months out
  4. Hello I'm also 7 weeks out I started at 321 and now I'm down to 267. I do feel like I'm at a stall. I can eat whatever but still on strict diet I can't eat much anyways, and I haven't drank yet still a lil nervous good luck to your continued success

  9. I am a month out and I just bought some turkey bacon. I havent had any yet but from what my dr's diet states it is the best choice. Good luck to you!

  11. Hello I had my surgery on 8/13 at that time I was 297 my highest is 321 before I started program. Now I am at 275 and stuck there for the past week. I work out and I’m drinking plenty of water not sure what more to do...I know it’s weird but the anxiety is making me feel like I won’t lose any more weight. Any suggestions?
  12. My Obgyn took me off the pill when I discussed I was having the surgery. I Have the implant in my arm low estrogen so no weight gain or crazy hormones. No issues thus far that are noticeable I'm only 3 weeks out though hope this helps good luck
  13. I've seen it in grocery store read the nutrition facts and put it down loaded with sugar and fat
  14. I try and snack throughout the day sugar free Popsicle sugar free jello baby bell cheese and peanut butter and crackers... Seems like a lot, but I'm still struggling on my meals I'm getting my protein in but even with all my snacking my calories are still low!
  15. Dannon lite n fit Greek I freeze them and they arr really yummy plus are fat free low sugar and have 12 gram Protein good luck!!!
  16. Pre surgery I did, but they are filled with sugar and carbs so not suck a great choice for me post surgery
  17. 3 days 2 nights my surgeons standard for VSG. Wants to make sure no nausea or vomiting and we can tolerate protein

I think everyone is making great points I think ultimately we all should remain positive of our common goal which is weight lost I agree with both points being only 3 weeks post out I'm not going to eat pizza right now, but I'm sure I will and I'll have chocolate and other foods I like, but it will be done in moderation. I didn't go through this surgery to get fat again, but I will have a normal Healthy life key word Healthy, and in like even the most healthiest person has a slice of pizza now and than not every day do live life and enjoy your sleeves!!   22. Congrats and welcome! Don't be shy most of us don't bite lol... That's great 95lbs gone what's your diet if you mind sharing or your numbers I was just sleeved and I'm trying to lose half my body weight also
