Hi!! it's gonna take a while before you find one you like! I can't even tell you how much money I have wasted on shakes :( People will write how amazing the taste was, and I will run and buy it just to gag on it!! So far my top three: Carnation instant Breakfast, Atkins, and Oh Yeah.

Hope you can find one you like :)

I hate the powder protein! I bought a large bag at Sam's and thought it would be cheaper than the ready made ones. Right after surgery it made me gag each time then when I even thought about it I gaged I didn't want to wate it so I forced myself until one day I just couldn't so I went back to Sam's and bought the Premire and have been drinking it ever since. It really has a good taste and i never gaged once I never like milk shake or chocolate milk so I new this would be a challenge but the premier has made it easier to tollerate.

Thank you both!!! I definetly see it will be a matter of trial and error. For my pre-op I did the EAS and the Atkins shakes I did find one new one called Designer Whey. But also everything I have is chocolate and vanilla I need flavor I start full liquids and purée tomorrow

Pure Protein Banana shake, Chocolate and Cookies and Creme. I bought them at Vitamin World. They are more expensive than your average shake but much better in taste and 40 grams of protein 1 carb.

I like powders?utm_source=BariatricPal&utm_medium=Affiliate&utm_campaign=CommentLink" target="_ad" data-id="1" >unjury brand chocolate and

premier rtd, - to say I like them may be a stretch:) I find them to be most tolerable.

That's great I failed to mention I want to get the most protein possible per drink... ????

There is a strawberry and cream shake made by O Yeah that is awesome. GNC has a lean strawberry and cream shake that taste great as well.

I am a very picky eater and had a horrible time finding a Protein shake I could get down. My very very favorite is Banana from CHIKE. http://www.chikenutrition.com/ has 28grams of protein. Chike chocolate and Orange Cream aren't bad either. I can also stomach the Chocolate from Bariatric Advantage and it has 27 grams a protein.

I will have to try some of the shakes mentioned above. I wish you luck on your new journey!!! :)
