Stuck At 275 4 Weeks Post Op

Hello I had my surgery on 8/13 at that time I was 297 my highest is 321 before I started program. Now I am at 275 and stuck there for the past week. I work out and I’m drinking plenty of water not sure what more to do...I know it’s weird but the anxiety is making me feel like I won’t lose any more weight. Any suggestions?

Just be patient. The initial loss is mostly water weight. It's going to take some time for your body to adjust to the changes and actually let your metabolism kick in and start losing. It's going to happen, trust me. Give it some time and don't worry!

Mine was the 14th. I was 296 day of surgery and have been stuck at 273 for a little over a week. It's so frustrating. I keep telling myself to stay away from the scale, but I can't!
