1. Welcome!! Congrats on your approval! Glad you're here!
2. Watch this video...size doesn't matter in a fight lol If link doesn't work, look up on YouTube ... Repo guy gets butt kicked karayzee It's hilarious lol
3. That's great news!! Wishing you more wonderful speedy healing!!
4. You did nothing but show your ignorance.
5. Where is that logic from? If anyone regarding size can act that way then how is it a certain size related syndrome.
6. If you are doing a low carb, high protein diet...you don't need to really monitor fat intake. If you choose to just eat balanced smaller size portions then fat intake should be kept low. Most sleevers are told protein first and healthy carbs (veggies)kept low with no breads, rice, potatos etc (bad carbs) Protein and water are priority. Hope this helps
7. Great job!!! Looking good
8. I was a 36 DD at 220 and now I'm a 34 D but they are not the same Poor boobs paid the price lol
9. That's a great idea!!! Makes me crave sonic ice! I may have to go get some now
10. Maybe try some pureed soups for a few days. Black beans have good protein, you can cook them in chicken broth then puree and add salsa if u like... Chicken salad, tuna salad, minced very fine is good. I'm not sure if your cleared for that yet but if your going to cut out dairy those are a few choices.
11. Awesome job!! You look great!! Keep up the good fight and I hope the ptsd gets better. I've been there, I feel your pain. Stay strong!!
12. Hi Becky, just checking in...how are you doing?
13. Here it is, its actually a small bottle...pic makes it look big.
14. I'm going thru the same thing. I'm putting moroccan oil on my hair and then I even rub some on my skin. It soaks in and helps a lot. I get mine at wal mart with the hair supplies. I'll take a picture and post it.
15. Ahhh that makes sense!! I'm glad your days are getting better. I can only imagine how excited you are to have had this done !! I really hope some day I might be able to do it as well.
16. Will your Dr not prescribe something stronger for you to take at night? You really need rest to heal. Have you asked him why only tramadol after major surgery? I sure hope your days get better!!!
17. You look great!!! Congrats
18. I just wanted to add that you never know what the future holds so don't worry and just stick to your plan. I'm at goal at eight months but I certainly never felt like I was flying to goal...just the opposite...at an average loss of ten pounds a month I was a "slow loser" in comparison to others losing during the same time. We are all different with different amounts to lose. Keep the faith!!
