  4. Look at the bright side....nobody got hurt, it can all be fixed or replaced. I hope your luck gets better...often these things occur to allow you the opportunity to relish in the good that comes along. You will look back at this day and have a good giggle!
  5. Stay safe and be careful! My best wishes to everyone in the path of the perfect storm!
  6. I now know the agony of being stuck! Ouch! Chicken breast is not my friend any longer! I am embracing this stuck episode knowing after 3 fills I am much closer to the green zone!

I find when the scale is stubborn...the inches reduce. So look at your clothes are they getting looser? Don't let the scale be such a focus...this is something I had to learn I am a slow looser and it is frustrating but I am hanging in there seeking all my successes which are non-scale related as well. I am feeling great also........how about you? So keep up the great work don't give up!
  12. I have had my second fill and am not in the green zone with 3cc fill appear to be stuck at this weight for 3 weeks now. I am trying not to get discouraged, continue to walk thinking about getting a personal trainer just to make the scale move. I had a large celebration this week with my only cheat being a 2oz sample of wine. First and only alcohol since going under the knife. No sweets at all and making healthy choices. Time to get back to my journal I guess to really see what's happening with my intake calorie wise. I have to remain focused, I can feel a difference in my clothes as I have shed an entire wardrobe! Another non scale victory under 100 to lose! I can do this....! Yes..I can!
  13. You are a master cake slayer! Congratulations keep up the great work!
  14. Best of luck to you....don't worry relax and let your doctor and their staff take care of you! Just be sure to follow directions. You will be great!
  15. Be safe and keep us posted about your status with the storm! Best wishes! Looks like most are evacuating the city this time, please I hope you are too!
  16. Best of luck with the pending storm and your sober life! Congratulations and continued success to you. I have discovered nothing worth while comes easy... New Orleans was a place I called home many years ago, I am sure I would not recognize the east where we lived, heard it was under water now. Be patient and good things will happen! Thoughts for safe delivery through the storm!
  17. Insurance will not take weight watchers notes or payment receipts? It seems like if you have the documentation you should be able to challenge the insurance decision. Best of luck to you...keep looking to find a way if this is your decision! Don't give up!
