  1. I have the sugar free chocolate syrup, have to check on the peppermint one...OMG, I just read the back of the peppermint extract, to see about calories, and it says it's 91% alcohol..Good thing I only used 1 tsp.
  2. 13 weeks out and I eat salad and steak with no problems. It's normal to be nervous, and have second thoughts about surgery. And the "Regrets" section would scare the bejezus out of anyone. There are risks involved, but the good outweigh the bad for me. I haven't been the biggest loser, but I could be the poster child for a good surgery experiance!
  3. Confession time; I love, love, love thin mint cookies..Not sure if sugar free could satisfy me, but I'm willing to try. I did have my chocolate protein shake this morning with Pure Peppermint Extract and that was pretty good.
  4. Thanks O.T.R for busting my bubble! Lol.
  5. Great job! It's great being on the losers bench, huh?
  6. This one looks good...Did you notice if the nutrition is posted on this site anywhere? The Bad Girl Ingredients & Instructions: 12 oz skim milk 4-8 Thin Mint Girl Scout Cookies 4 ice cubes 2 scoops chocolate
  7. While I was pre-op, I would think about cheating on my diet. I kept reminding myself, how important it was to shrink my liver. I didn't want any complications, and this is an important step for the surgery. Hang in there, YOU CAN DO THIS!
  8. STOP EATING NOW! Can you do liquid only, from now till Monday? Most Doctors want your liver to shrink for surgery. If you've gained there's a chance they wont do the surgery. Is it possible, your not emotionally ready to give up your food addiction? Good luck, hope it all works out!
  9. Lifting you and your family in prayers. May God open doors, and pour out blessings! Keep praying, remain faithful. I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me. Philippians 4:13
  10. Oh My, your a protein Goddess! I'm lucky to get in 60g a day. CosleeveDude has provided all the info you need. CALL YOUR DOCTOR, see if he can see you sooner.
  11. I'm at week 13 now. First stall was week 3 post op, and lasted two weeks. Think i may be going through another one. I lost three pounds two weeks ago, and last week I gained one back...UUGGHH.
  12. Uugghhh..Nasty! Keep searching, it's hard to find one you like, but you will. Also, your taste may change after surgery "mine did," and what you found you liked, suddenly becomes nasty.
  13. Sitting at work, sipping coffee, watching the news. We were stunned, in shock, trying to figure out what to do next. The goverment immediately shut down travel into and out of ALL airports. Since I'm in travel, our supervisor sent us home for the day. I went to school, picked up my children, went home and stayed glued to the tv for the next 24 hrs.
  14. If they notice, you could say that you've decided to get healthy. You are doing a high protein, low carb diet and are exercising. It's the truth, minus the surgery info!
  15. Great Job! Looking happy and healthy.
  16. Google 5 day pouch test..Jump starts the weight loss.
  17. Wow! Yes, and amen, that's terrific! I completely understand, french fries are my down fall! Well, use to be anyway. I'm praying for you girl.Keep up the good work.
  18. Have you tried B12 shots? I get one monthly, it helps with the low energy, and good for hair loss as well.

Gee, I know you must be really frustrated right now. Stalls suck! Do you mind if I ask how much weight you've loss so far? Maybe your losing inches, are you keeping your measurements? As for the smoking, please stop. It's so bad for you. Is there anyone where your at that you can talk to about the depression? Maybe find an exercise buddy. That would help relieve some stress, and kick start the stall. Hang in there, things will get better! Hugs from the midsouth.
  20. Good luck! I'll keep you in my prayers for a painless, speedy recovery! Tell Sherri I said Hi!
  21. I confess, I'm the CEO of the "I Eat Too Fast, Therefore, I Slime Club." I have always been a fast eater. It seems to happen more when I'm eating out with friends. Trying to keep up, maybe? At home, I can get up, do a chore, come back to my food. Harder to do when eating with others. At least we know what our problem is. Good luck!
  22. Ok, I'm in the south and have never heard of a split fee. The wait staff should have informed you of the fee, and you should have been served accordingly, plates and utensils. The service didn't warrant a tip in my opinion. I was a waitress from the age of 17-21. That's how I paid my bills. People may not have always been happy with the food, or management, or new menu, but the service is what kept them returning!
  23. Just think, after tomorrow you'll be a member of the "Losers Club," Keep us updated, and best of luck! .
