Maybe you can find a version of the cookie in the sugar free cookie section. :-/ Or a SF mint & SF chocolate syrup. Don't give up the dream. :-)

Sorry, I'm sure you can find a creative way around it that will taste almost as good.

Due diligence prompted me to google "Thin Mint cookie nutritional information" and I found the cookies alone are 40 calories each so they account for 160-320 calories by themselves.

Thanks O.T.R for busting my bubble! Lol.

Confession time; I love, love, love thin mint cookies..Not sure if sugar free could satisfy me, but I'm willing to try. I did have my chocolate protein shake this morning with Pure Peppermint Extract and that was pretty good.

I have the sugar free chocolate syrup, have to check on the peppermint one...OMG, I just read the back of the peppermint extract, to see about calories, and it says it's 91% alcohol..Good thing I only used 1 tsp.

Thanks O.T.R for busting my bubble! Lol.

Also the mint cookie protein powder from Matrix is pretty tasty you could also try that out too!
