  1. give it time. Keep up with all the rules. get your fluids in. Some weeks you will not loose anything and then you will loose a bunch!
  2. I am one year post op. I am down 48 lbs. I have 33 lbs to go to get to my goal. I feel my old habits starting to haunt me, I need help getting back on track
  3. I know how you feel. Sometimes I think the hunger is in my head. I'm not sure. I do get full really fast. I had the lapband in 2008 and had to have it removed in 2010 due to slippage. So needless to say this is the second surgery I have financed and my surgeon said he made me a small sleeve.

  10. Hello, positive energy your way. What help me was having someone bring me a large cup of crushed ice from a circle k/gass station. Thus is what saved me. A spoon full of crushed ice every five to ten min. I also had a fever. Mine was 101.5 I took liquid tylenol. I did not take pain meds once I got out of the hospital sine I believe they made me sick to my stomach. Hang in there. My email is toniaiso@gmail.com if you have mire questions.
