Are you taking any kind of a PPI? Like nexium, tagamet, omeprazole. After my surgery I was always hungry too. Then I was reading on this site that gas pains and stomach acid can mimic hunger. Oh, and thrist also mimics hunger too. So I started taking my omeprazole again and low and behold, my hunger pretty much subsided. Yay! If your not already taking a PPI, it's a really great idea to check with your surgeon and to start taking one with his/her approval. It really does help. ;)
