  1. Just to confuse my co worker it was about another 10lbs and they came to me and said I know your loosing weight and asked what I was doing.
  2. Don't feel bad I've lost as much as 65lbs before the first person said are you loosing weight. I just said nope and kept walking.
  3. I'm on Day 4 1/2 myself and yes it does suck. But I really haven't been hungry my preop is 6 muscle milk light shakes aday 2 at each meal nothing else and I have to do 3 weeks of it. Right now I'm ok but It is hard to see all the food around and not have any. I feel your pain but I think its going to be worth it.
  4. I'm 9/19 and I start mine Monday 3 weeks of it all my surgeon says is muscle milk light and water. I hope I make it. And I'm saying a prayer for everyone that has to go through this.
  5. Fiber works better I'm still pre op but I have the same issue if I take stool softener malanta works great for me no pain at all my have to take a larger dose than recommended but it works pain free.
  6. My surgeons pre op diet is 3 muscle milk light shakes a day I have to do 3 weeks pre op starting next week.
  7. You look 10yrs younger and very beautiful. WoW!
  8. I am going to ask my surgeon I was wondering about if I could see it.
  9. See that's what I'm talking about you were pretty before your just plain hot now
  10. Well tell him how you feel but I can tell you it's not going to help. I was probally 3yrs in to my marriage before I just said one day I can't stop her I can't control her so I might as well just trust her and love her and see what happens. Now that doesn't mean in my own mind I don't still worry but I refuse to let it effect our marriage anymore. I use to pick with her about having a detective follow her (no I never did!) so I will about once a year tell her I got the report back from the detective and tell her he said she is beautiful but leads a boring life with only me. Then usually she tells me she loves being boring with me. But to be honest he will never not feel that way but he can learn to keep it to himself and not effect you. My wife will tell you she knows I still worry but I don't let it effect us. I knew if I kept it up I would push her into leaving!
  11. Ok first off as I believe to be the only rooster to reply in the middle of a bunch of hens. I am also an emotional eater so I can relate. But in my opinion a man that would take a 30k pay cut to be with a woman he is not married to must really love you ALOT and you even though mad at him should feel flattered. Next stress an emotion are a part of life if it's not him it's going to be someone or something else. Next if you did leave him (you really couldn't love him) what do you think that's going to do to him emotionally etc. He is then also going to think you left him because he wasn't good enough for the new thin you. Trust me I'm one of those guys you see out with my wife and say why is she with him? She could do way better so I've been in his shoes. Since I've been married (14 great years) I have gained 150lbs up to 350lbs at 5'10" and my wife has stayed the same 106lbs so I have worried about her leaving or cheating and guess what It caused me to gained more weight. What I'm trying to do now is make a conscious effort as when I get stressed to work on something that needs fixing or something other than eating so I don't mess up the whole reason for getting the sleeve. As a matter a fact I just spent part of my luch hour typing this reply on an iPhone I guess what I'm trying to say is you have to find a way you can deal with stress other than eating and not take it out on him. I know that's easier to say than do but taking the easy road it what put most of us in this shape. What would we look like if everytime we got stressed we excersied for an hour instead of grabbing a burger and fries? Ok hen pack let me have it Lloyd
  12. Awesome dooter. I have a few booths I have it out for too.
  13. I decided to tell everyone because it doesn't bother me if someone talks about me there just giving someone else a break. Plus when telling someone I tell them if they think it's the easy way out. I want them to follow the the pre op and post diets with me then know there purposely going to basically eat a fraction of what most people eat for the rest of there life. Go through the surgury and healing and still have to put forth an effort to lose weight even after the surgury and last but not least have to work and pay for it myself. I really don't think it's the easy way out. Plus I Figuare everyone would find out sooner or later anyway.
  14. Lol I did the same thing when I did my consult I weighted 340 I had gained 11lbs from that day. Till 2 weeks ago when My surgeons office sent out an email saying they were getting patients that hadn't followed there pre op diet and the were having to postpone there surgery. I sent an email explaining I had gained the 11lbs since my consult. They basically responded saying I better lose it before my preop starts and follow the pre op to the T. They recommend doing 1 protien shake to replace one meal a day. But I'm doing 2 I've lost 10lbs in the last week and a half. I'm going to try to do this until my preop. My surgury is sept 12th I'd like to be around 310lbs on the surgury day. But I feel everyone's pain it was like eat everything you wont be able to for a while.
