Muscle Milk Light? Meal Substitute...

Anyone use muscle milk light?? I have some already and like the taste. I am just starting the kaiser preop 12 week program. Haven't gone through diet yet so just wondering if the muscle milk is recomended by anyone... Thank you!

I dont drink them as much as I did at first since I am eating regularly now but they are convenient to take along and dont need to be refrigerated ( even tho they are better cold) I get them at Costco, $30 for a 24 pack, way cheaper than anywhere else.

I've been drinking them nearly every day since surgery. I've never tried the light. I drink the regular Muscle Milk Cookies 'N Cream and mix it with coffee each morning.

My surgeons pre op diet is 3 muscle milk light shakes a day I have to do 3 weeks pre op starting next week.
