  1. Ive' always had "cankles" but I'm getting ANKLES; so I told my husband that one of my goals will be to be able to actually wear an anklet. He said he he's going to get me one. It will be a while before I'm ready to try one on but when I do get one you guys will be the first (or second after the Hubby lol) to know! The pendant is lovely; enjoy it Hun!

my ankles are somewhat visible at this point lol!!! I have never been able to wear one, so I will keep that in mind for a possible gift:)

  2. U look great!!! U were pretty before also what a great. accomplishmentif u don't mind Mr asking did u exercise I'm in a funk right now stuck at 233 and what are some things u are eating oh I been at 233 for 2 and a half weeks but your pics are inspiration

Thnk you! Don't worry about not losing. Stalls are common and a necessary way for the body to balance things. I have been through MANY of them lol! I know it is not easy to look at them in a positive way, but that's all we can do.

I do exercise. I am getting ready for a party, so I have been going everyday. Funny enough I only lost 2 lbs but my clothes are falling off of me!!

Keep a positive mind, stay hydrated, keep your protein high and everything else low, stay away from the scale( easier said than done) and be patient:)

  3. that's good! and after being from sugar for so long, having it now might be the reason why you felt that way. Four months after surgery I took a bite of cake. The sugar rush felt like a heart attack. My stomach was upset and it sat with me the whole night. I felt sick and nauseous. The sight of cake grosses me out now:(

  4. If I was told, I would love Cherry Greek yogurt as much as I loved pizza pre-surgery, I would have laugh. But just like you said, I do!!! I was a bread and pizza addict (4 slices minimum, plus wings, plus breadsticks, plus soda). Now I could care less. Bread makes me feel so bloated after I eat it. And pizza no longer provide me the "happy" feeling from before.

And I love being able to eat, and stop. I no longer have to eat my face off. I used to hate having to eat double the amount of every one else on the table and still want more. At times only shame stop me from going for more.

I love how I can find myself in other people's post. Make me feel less alone.

That is one reason I love this site.

  5. Thank you so much for posting this!! My body is going through the same deal, and crazy enough, I would not dream of going back!! I seem not to care at all about my wings! but I get a little self conscious with my belly. And my girls( I was IN LOVE with them) took a beating lol!!!

My plan is to have a baby and get some work done. I will only worry about the two areas that I worry about. My wings I will keep if I have to and will not care.

    Congrats on your lost:)

  6. I got my reward a little bit before goal as well, I got a brand new Harley Davidson motorcycle from my husband. I learn to ride it this weekend!!! Congratulations to you, your pendant is absolutely gorgeous!

My husband has a bike! one of my secret dreams is to be able to fit on it lol!! you just gave me the best idea ever! I want to learn how to ride B)

  7. Oh LeBelle -- You are beautiful! I am so happy for your terrific new outlook on life. With your great enthusiasm and that wonderful smile of yours, you will be successful in every aspect of your life. Being a "normal" body size certainly helps attract the male of the species, but a good attitude is the other half of the battle. YOU GO, GIRL!

    THANK YOU:)
