I had my his and with me- and I SWEAR it got rid of my gas in a matter of a couple of days because every time I felt it - he would burp me- even today if I eat too fast or have a bubble- of I lean forward and he runs or pats my back - it comes up- I have never been more thankful of anything in my life like I was for him there by my side in Mexico- burping me like a crazy baby

  14. I'm 7 weeks out and the only time I think about it is when I know I have to get some and eat it. It no longer rules my mind- I am set free from that now and I LOVE IT- I was ready- and I think that's a huge part of the surgery- just being ready to give some things up- for me that included my obsession with food. Everyone's different tho.
  15. The five or so people in my life that mean a lot to me know- they are the only ones that need to know- its personal to me- I want to be ME- not a surgery Everyone's life is different

  18. Once I started to really exersize this problem went away for me- my husband and I were just discussing this this morning as we were doing our miles.
  19. I ration out little one oz cups with lids and set then aside- one per day (I need those calories and fat right now) I snack on the little cup all day- that way I know exactly how much I've eaten- otherwise I could over endulge. I eat a mixture if roasted peanuts, cashews, macadamia nuts, and a few almonds. I've been eating them since about 5-6 weeks out.
