  1. I had that from my largest incision after my stitches were removed- but it was a LOT not just a drop - after that happened- my incision flattened out- no more redness- no more swelling- and it closed itself up! It's healing beautifully now!
  2. I do it every time I weigh~ Surgery 5/15*250lbs Today 6/3*223.2 I can't believe this is working! I mean I CAN, but oh my gosh!
  3. Solution........TIC TACS! They are small, they dissolve, and they are only a calorie! I usually have about 3 per day!
  4. That's simply amazing! I can't wait to be where you are! I could have written that first part about myself! EXACTLY my habits! Congrats on the weight loss! so neat!
  5. I haven't "cheated" or chopped up anything. This was a huge investment for me, for my health, and for a life style change. It's a life style change for me, not just another diet, to cheat on. One thing that I guess maybe no one told me I could eat but I felt I really needed it post op 5 days, I had an egg.I ate about a third of it or less. It was very under done, and made with only water, sunnyside up, and it went well. It also gave me something in my tummy, and not being able to have anything but a few tiny sips of gatoraid, it was marvelous, and did not bother me at all. I didn't consider it cheating, I just considered it nutrition.
  6. Good luck to all those bound for MX! I'm sure glad I have mine done there! <3
  7. Thank you for sharing your story. You're very courageous to have been through all of this. <3
  8. If you hate water- give it a couple weeks- try again- I love my water now- almost as much as I did pre op!
  9. I was the same way- still don't get all of my protein in- but the unjury broth is best taken with an acid reducer prior to drinking it- it was the only way I could get it down without the pain Best of luck to you!!!
  10. I had mine out during the sleeve surgery- if you have more questions email me. I had no problems- and it only cost 800 more- I am self pay.
  11. Yes try it! I always use milk and have no intolerance of it- in fact when I wake- I drink 3 oz before my work out- then drink my protein shake after hey it's more protein!!!

  17. Congrats! Get ready for the best!
  18. I hope you found your relief! For anyone else suffering or reading this for guidance, I have a fool proof method! Right after surgery (and he still does it now even sometimes for me) My wonderful hubby would run his arm up my back, from my tush to my shoulders. It moved the gas right up, and out. I had all of my surgery gas gone by day 3. Anytime I need it he burps me also just by rubbing my back, or I hug him, and lean against his tummy, and he runs his arms up my back....works every single time! <3
  19. That's so great for you!!! CONGRATS! I am SO SO SO excited to be under 200lbs again! Great job on the hard work!!!

  23. Thank you for posting this Karen! MUCH appreciated! I was wondering about all of these details (floating, etc) I also had my GB out the same day or surgery, and I thought it may be that, but the fat loss makes total sense now that I think about it. THANK YOU!
  24. No, I had no issues, just my GB out at the same time to avoid issues later on with it~
