  2. how is everyone doing, i am doing good. Have loads of energy, golfing on the weekends, my mid section gets a work out, feels kind of weird sometime. food intake is getting better, but still anywhere from 600- 800 calories, try to get more in but there is no way i can. past few weeks the weight loss has been only 1 lb a week today a grand total of 5 for the week, down 45 lbs but i am very happy with my progress, inches are coming off nicely, my size 14 is actually getting loose, which is ok, some friends have commented, but what is a sad thing is good friends have not said a word, i have only told a few people about the surgery. hope u all are dong great
  3. I went to dr Lopez corvala in tiajuana, 7000. The care was absolutely awesome, you have your own nurse, he comes to explain everything to u, it was the most fabulous experience, plus after care u can call them anytime with questions
  4. Take Vitamins I am taking flint stones they just melt in mouth. I have started to eat chicken, salmon, tuna, broccoli, peas, potato, I even had a 1/4 toasted ham sandwich today, chew chew chew, that is the key, example of what I eat in a day, Breakfast shake, lunch, cottage cheese, fruit, or Soup creamy, or-yogurt/ fruit, probably 4 oz max Supper chicken 3oz, or tuna 4tbsp, or salmon 4oz, with a veggie peas 2tsp broccoli 2 tsp, potato maybe 1 baby spoon, I do not snack I am not hungry so I between meals drink Water, although maybe I get down 25 oz, not much I know but slowly increasing. I made this great pattie the other nite, 2 cups broccoli 1 fillet of salmon 1/4 cup shredded cheese 1or 2 eggs 1/4 c red onion Put all in food processor, till chopped, then spray muffin tin with Pam, 1 heaping tbsp of mixture in muffin tin. Cook 350 for 20 mins, 1 was enough I was full, great to have handy in fridge or freezer, Could use chicken tuna ham or a different veggie like cauliflower ,,,,, After 3 weeks I am down 27.7 lbs and 10 inches

  8. I had surgey on the 8 th, an been going since that nite, very regular, I would try green tea, broth, if not should happen by Friday I would go see the dr.
  9. Look at it this way 45 lbs is fantastic, Rome was not built in a day, sometimes we concentrate on the weight to much and forget about the inches, with being a yoyo since I was 30 , I have learnt the scale is not always our friend, inches are a big thing also, chin up it will come off, patience, like some said change it up, a tad, it is just your body saying let me catch up with your plan.
  10. Best of luck had mine on the 8 th, no pain some discomfort, hubby can eat in front of me and I have no urges to eat at all , it does look good but just not hungry. Since I have been home on the treadmill for 30 mins a day, and believe me walking helps the gas affected my upper back, but the walking helped barely any pain now. Gl

  12. i am so glad u r ok, i am sure it will pass and soon, any surgery takes time for your body to adjust, so hang in there, and take it easy rest.
