  2. Ok I will try to do better with drinking that shake to be on the safe side.
  3. Thanks everyone I will take it into consideration. I will try protein bars. I just left my appointment and happy to hear a total lost of 60lbs but I have to do better bout protein intake. I hate chocolate but could swallow a pill better. Do anyone know of a protein pill maybe?
  4. I had my surgery on 02/02/12 and I have been doing good for the first three weeks with the protein shakes, since then I have not had a protein shake because I don't have a desire to drink it. Am I missing anything if I don't drink the protein shakes? Besides me feeling sleepy I'm perfectly fine.
