So im down 90 pounds since march 21 2012. 3 weeks ago i really started working out heavy as in 2 mile jog, 1 mile eliptical, 30 mins weights, 10 min core, half mile swim approx 5 days a week. I eat around 1600 cals a day with 90-100 grams of protein. I have been between 240 and 244 for like a freaking month and cannot break it. This is my first stall. My nut said up cals 300 or so on workout days. Any suggs or words of encouragement

Before and after and my present for it all im in 36 waist now goal is 32-33 started at 48 inch waist so 40-45 more pounds to goal i guess

O im 8 weeks post op and i feel great. Except my belly button were they did surgery is leaking blood and fluid and some green stuff. It is constantly wet. I could push on it and it would fill up. My surgeon is baffled i went in today for wound exploration surgery waited 7 hrs only to he sent home becuzz of no operating rooms. And surgeon saw a piece of dried greenstuff it looked like seaweed and said this worries him maybe leaky bowel or infection. But ive been on antibiotics for ten days and fluid does not stink anymore. Oh and the ct scan showed no major abcesses any suggestions This is what ive been dealing with for the last 2 weeks just finished up antibiotics talked to surgeon today and is going to hold of on surgery due to the leaking has significantly slowe in the past 30 hrs plan b is anothet ct scan and opening it up

Ive been on 500 mg of keflex 4x a day for 10 days and they said it showed no abcesses so they think it us outside the abdominal wall. How could this thing get infected after it had been closed for 6 weeks

I am 7 weeks out and started having pain around bb ( i had single incusion through bb) then liquid started leaking out the i could push around it and fill it up with blood. Went to hosp got ct no abcess seen but they suspected it was the start of a subcutaneous abcess. So put on anti biotics then saw surgeon he cauterized it 6 days ago and its still leaking he says its a suture being pushed out from my body and if it doesnt heal will need second surgery to remove that bad boy

So im wondering if anyone else had this. Im 7 weeks out and had single incision sleeve through belly button. A couple days ago my belly button was becoming sore, then starting leaking a clear yellowish liquid. Then it became very sore and starting leaking blood ( both dark and bright). So i went to hospital and when they pushed around the BB it would fill up with blood and u could actually hear it squirting out with air. So they did a CT scan and found no visible abcess and nothing in abdominal wall. So they sent me home with antibiotics. Then 2 days later i see my surgeon and he says it has opened up a bit and that it could be a soucher working its wat out. So he cauterizes it. He says if this doesnt work i will need to get surgery to remove it. And if they dont put a new one in i could get a hernia. So now the bleeding has subsided a bit, but i am still getting gunk out. The pain is also almost gone. At first i freak out because i ate half a blackberry on accident a week ago and thought i caused an abcess with the seeds.

Forgot to add this i get it anytime even a couple of hours after i eat or simetimes after ive been asleep for 8 hours so im not sure and i havent been made uncomfy from eating or drinking yet(ie puke or pain)

So im 6 weeks ot down 48 pounds total and feeling fantastic, but sometimes i have this full feeling up my throat that feels like liquid or food or something is in there. My first thought is acid reflux but there is no discomfort or burning just an odd feeling and no actual liquid or anything is coming up. Oh and i take my prilosec everyday. Like i said not uncomfortable in anyway just odd. Thanks Mike

For me the first week or two i felt hungary then it pretty much went away now six weeks out i feel hungary very rarley and my cravings r basically gone. Have no want for food other than i know i need to eat it lol
