  5. Greek yogurt I like the Fage Greek yogurt personally. Soft scrambled eggs, laughing cow cheeses, shredded chicken the dark meat is actually softer but use the beast if you prefer you just need to boil it longer so its real tender. Cottage cheese, oatmeal, cream of rice, mashed potatoes, (sweet or regular). Overly cooked veggies and then mash them, mashed banana. I did a lot of soups mostly veg and chicken broth. That's mostly all I did. Let me just say this if you cheat you will regret it . Lol!! Your brain will say i can eat that and then your stomach will remind you no you can't. I been there and done that. After I slimed for a while and then threw up I was back on track. Lol!! I'm sure everything will go well for you wishing you the best. Just take it slow. Jenipher

  8. I think committing to some form of physical activity if its just a walk in the park. Your motivator is sitting right next to you, your beautiful dog. Walk a mile with your dog everyday and make sure you start off slow pace then work your way into more fast pace. Do it before work which is best for me or after. You really have to take a look at yourself and say what time of day am I really willing to make this happen. I bought some dumb bells and put them on my side under the bed so I never have an excuse not to do some form of exercise. I sit in bed and do arm exercises. You can look up a lot of different ones on line. You would be amazed at how much my muscle tone has improved just by making that adjustment. Or put them some where they are very visible like almost in your way kind of thing so you will use them. Get some leg weights and wear them once you start walking more aggressively. Just a start if you have a specific question don't hesitate to ask. I hope this helped! Jenipher

I've been married for 14 yrs and my husband says we as woman are more bothered by our weight and appearance than they as men are. When they love us that's just what it is. Your husband loves you the good and the bad that you feel about yourself. Therapy may help but you have to love yourself as much as he does. Sounds like you don't believe you are worth loving. You and your marriage will be fine just keep loving him and allowing him to love you. I hope everything works out for you. Once you get use to being sleeved ( like a routine ) it won't be such a big deal. You just get use to it and its just something you become comfortable with because it a part of you. Hope that helped, Jenipher

Could it be your water intake? Maybe you need more or try 3-5 protein shakes a day until you start losing again. It helps to restart your metabolism. Some say try a day of eating as many calories as you can get in then the next day do the 3-5 shakes and at least 64 ounces of water. You should start losing again. I hope this helps..... Jenipher!
  12. What kind of problem are you having with this type of protein ( meats )? I have problems with pork and eggs they just take longer for my stomach to digest. Personally I feel I'm still healing from surgery i was sleeved on 10-8-12. It's a process just be patient your body may need longer to heal more. I also try to eat my meats ground up for now that helps a lot. They sale like ground turkey, chicken, pork in the grocery stores I need that extra help for now. I hope this helps. Jenipher
  13. Atlast83 I am so sorry you had a bad day with your sleeve we all do. Tomorrow will be better when we start to accept our new lives and stop trying to make the old life fit then we embrace the new us. I was riding around with my husband and he started asking about what I wanted to eat. I thought to myself idk, nothing. Then he said I'm getting a burger and fries from McDonald's. I said get me a coffee cause there's nothing I can eat there that won't make me sick. I have to be strong for me no one else will. You have to be strong for you this change is for you. We have each other to lean upon. Keep leaning until you can stand then you can be someone else's pole. Lol!! Take care Jenipher!
