how is everyone doing, i am doing good. Have loads of energy, golfing on the weekends, my mid section gets a work out, feels kind of weird sometime.

food intake is getting better, but still anywhere from 600- 800 calories, try to get more in but there is no way i can.

past few weeks the weight loss has been only 1 lb a week today a grand total of 5 for the week, :) down 45 lbs

but i am very happy with my progress, inches are coming off nicely, my size 14 is actually getting loose, which is ok,

some friends have commented, but what is a sad thing is good friends have not said a word, i have only told a few people about the surgery.

hope u all are dong great
