I like the premier products better then any whey products. and you can't beat the protein bang for your buck.

These are the best bang for your protein buck. Taste pretty good too. Costco is the place to buy them. I need to look for their bars.

I know I put chicken in the vita mix and made super smooth and yummy soups. No problems there.

My wife and I were banded the same day. We bought a Vitamix and use it for everything! We are wondering all the time how we ever lived without it. We make high protein soups for after a fill, use it as a regular blender, make Smoothies that the kids love and wait for it..... ice cream. The ice cream is the best. Depending on what flavor you make it is 70-100 cal per 1.5 cups and 7-15 protein. Oh yeah, it only takes 10 min to make and clean up. Tastes awesome too. And no, I'm not a door to door Vitamix salesman.

Wow that's great. You were banded one month before me. I am really hoping to he down 50# by May 1st. My wifes college graduation is then and I want a few new clothes.

@B-52, they put just 2cc in. I travel for a living so we are taking it slow. I don't want to have issues on the road. My next fill will be 3-4 weeks. They told me to start mushies today to make sure I do not have issues on the road. So far no problems. I had eggs this morning and a bannana for snack. So far so good.

Well I got my first fill today. I was a little anxious because my wounds are not quiet healed. I am happy to report that all went well. The PA had to stick me twice with no luck finding the port. So she sent me to xray and did it there. It turns out she was pretty far off but the xray found it with no problem. None of the sticks were that bad. I thought they would be worse. I am a little sore now but no problems. Since I started the pre-op diet on 3-1-12 and surgery on 3-9-12 I am down 37 pounds. Pretty unreal if you ask me. All without starving. My wife and I were both banded on 3/9/12. We live in North Dallas. We took the week off afterwards and now feel great. This is the best I have felt I. Many, many weeks. We just found the Premier Nutrition protein drinks at Costco. By fat the best tasting to date. They have 30g protein 160 cal 3 fat 1 sugar per 11oz shake. 18 shakes for $22. Pretty good deal for the ingredients. Remember, protein from foods lasts longer then liquid form. Happy hunting.

My wife and I just got banded last Friday 3/9/12 and Dr Fox and the whole staff is great. Awesome followup too.

I just got banded by Dr. Fox who is with True Results. My wife and I were done on the same day. We went through Dr Fox outside True Results in his office. Not sure why they do that. I think it's for ins purposes. We loved the attention to detail and the surgery center was great. Keep in mind, you will need some kind of help the first couple days. We are still pretty sore.
