Day 12 Post Opp. An Hungry

Recommended Posts

Am I the only one.. I started to take a half of chicken breast and chopped it up but I know I'm suppose to be in mushy.. Does that count LOL.. I'm so hungry and when I smell other people foods around lunch time my stomach is growling so loud..

Am I gonna fail already ...

I'm thinking it needs to go into a food processor first to get really mushy...like baby food.

It's not that the food will make u sick, the issue is that ur stomach has to grind to process the food which can pop a stitch giving u problems later down the road (slips)

Hi all thanks for the input, u was banded on 4/5 and I'm on the mushy stage and I just needed chew something besides ice. I have been thinking of chicken ( so weird ) I know..

Well I cut and shredded as much and felt fine i meet with my doc this Friday for 2 weeks.. Soo excited about that..

Losing my hair in clumps and still dealing with "stomach" issues from gallbladder removal surgery. On the positive side I'm doing better about meeting protein and water goals and taking my vitamins, so yay? 🤷‍♀️

I've hit a stall 9 months out. I'm not worried, though. My fitness levels continue to improve and I have nearly accomplished my pre-surgery goal of learning to scuba dive! One dive left to complete to get my PADI card 🐠
I was able to go for a 10K/6mile hike in the mountains two days ago just for the fun of it. In the before days, I might have attempted this, but it would have taken me 7 or 8 hours to complete and I would have been exhausted and in pain for the next two days. Taking my time with breaks for snacks and water, I was finished with my wee jaunt in only 4 hours 😎 and really got to enjoy photographing some insects, fungi, and turtles.
