  1. I am on week 4 stomach feeling the same way!!!! My first fill is Monday and I cant wait, I use a 800 to 1000 per day cal diet, I try to eat foods high in protien its keeps me a little full for longer!!!! When I spoke to my Dr he said I will still have hunger pains after the fill. I hope not!! I look for 100 cL snack packs and if it gets real bad I eat those... Good Luck
  2. Yep I also know the feeling!! can not wait until I get the first fill so I can actually feel fullafter eating
  3. Yea I tried to have the fill early but they said no!! They have to let it heal and swelling to go down, I have next appt 5/20 that will be 5 weeks post op I hope they do it then, I said to Dr that I was hungry he did state thats how your going to feel and then said I may feel hungry after the banding
  4. Post op went well lost 15.5 since 4/10 still very hungry but now I can eat some foods so its helping, next appt 5/20 hopefully they weill do a fill!!!
  5. congrads it sounded like the same night I had after surgery on 4/10!! and yea when you take that walk you will start to feel much better, and wish I had thought of the gas strips that was the worst part
  6. I just had band put in on 4/10 going for first post op today, I was a little sore but they give you pain meds for that, you have to walk or the gas pains will kill you!!!! So walk walk walk, I was hungry all weeks because they usually do not fill band during surgery, but I still got full quick and most important stick to post op diet no matter how hungry you feel, its so your band and new stomach can heal!! On my scale I have lost 10 lbs since 4/10 thats only 9 days with an empty band but we will see what dr says I will get back to you...if you want to e-mail me with any ? its bridg29@yahoo.com
