They are called premier protein. Has 1gram of sugar and 30 g of protein 160 cal. Really good flavor!Add me too! Same height and not to far in weight. I just have not had the surgery yet. I'm excited!I'm the same weight as you and I just want to be under 200. I always say if I look in the mirror and I'm happy and I'm healthy then that would be enough! I like both the chocolate & vanilla.My nutritionist also suggested v8 fusion light and add unflavored protein. I tried the drink w/o the protein and it taste good, surprisingly! She says you can drink it during the liquid phase - b4 surgery.Premier protein shakes from Costco or Sams is good! Low in sugar i think its 1or 2grams and 30g of protein. Look it up.
