I haven't heard of that one. I will tell you that the one my hospital recommended was VERY expensive so I did a little research on my own. I use the Target brand of whey Protein shake it has 2g of sugar and lots of protein. I mix it with skim milk and a fruit, usually cherries because I like the flavor. The giant container is $16 and with the milk its 24 grams of protein. Works for me....

Thanks and good luck!

To try I bought Trader Joe's protein chocolate shake mix, its not too bad. I did order the UnJURY shakes, they are so much tastier.

My favorite by far was GNC's Lean Shake... Only chocolate. The vanilla and strawberry were yucky.

I've been using the Unjury shakes. The chocolate tastes just like a Yoo-Hoo and there's no aftertaste. I love them! I guess if you want it thicker, you can add a little sugar-free jello pudding. The only place to get them is online though at www.unjury.com. They ship quickly and they're not overly expensive. 20 grams of protein per shake. You mix the powder will skim milk but it mixes very easily and there's no yucky stuff stuck to the bottom of the glass.

I love the Premier shakes from Costco. They are pre made & I can take them with me when I'm at school or running around. 160c, 30g protein, 3g fat, 3g carb, 1g sugar. I like both the chocolate & vanilla.

Yeah, I love these too! They are reasonably priced and taste good... I couldn't believe it was only 1 gram of sugar and such low carbs!
