8 Days Post Lap Band Surgery 19 Pounds Lost?!
Beth I know its hard we're all going through, or have been through what your going through. It is so hard to be going through the holidays and not eat the same and delicious things everyone is eating. I was helping my mother and law cook yesterday and it took EVERYTHING in my body to not eat everything, lol. So don't kick yourself because of it, its a mental thing we have that we should change if we want to suceed! The fuel that keeps me going is that in 4 years I will be graduated from college HEALTHY and trying for my first baby and I can't accomplish that by cheating my way! I hope this helps a little!! Much love, Caroline.

Its the gas from the surgery leaving your body and thats a good thing it will relieve some pain! Remember keep walking! Good luck, Caroline.
