    I'm 21 and I drink socially almost every weekend I just don't drink soda or anything carbonated. I can drink and take shots and and all is good and I'm losing regardless of empty calories 92 pounds in 9 months. So have fun but take it easy because you're still going to be freshly banded.

    No I haven't had any problems my band warns me when to stop. It took me a little while to learn to listen.

    No secrets lol. Just been following doctors orders, just got my 3rd fill yesterday. I'm going to the gym like crazy spin classes, pilates, treadmill, and resistance!

    Please tell them. And remember this is for you not for them. When I made my decision to have surgery I was also hesitant but now as I become more closer to my goal I feel stupid for being scared in the first place.. At times they ask me I'd b I'm putting some cream for the scars to disappear, I say no. because this surgery is one of the things I'm most proud of.

    Trust me it will get better. After I was banded I cried for a whole week, I was depressed and in pain. I am 3 months out and have lost 49 pounds..I couldn't be happier with my decision.
