As just banded yesterday and just sipping water .. Afraid to try anything else .... Ideas ?

Sugar free^ I mean

I just had mine done on Wednesday, I'm able to sip on a protein shake, and drink water. The protein shake, while I'm not able to drink much of it, does fill me up and it's very good for you.

Tea with Splenda and ditto above :)

Except I wasn't able to have protein shakes until day 3 post-op.
