    Just an update .. Trip to ER ... Severely constipated .. (tmi sorry).... Left side pain unbearable ... Alls well now..Still very sore but back on track... Just a lesson learned on keeping up with fiber etc ... Which for me watermelon works like a charm.... Thanks for advice everyone
