  2. Thats it! It's all Fluff.... Betty she is tiny, isn't she? But what a sweetheart she is. Leatha I'm so proud of you! It's hard to tell that you ever had a weight problem. Here's to going down!!!
  3. All these Love stories.....It's truly beautiful to read. The human mind works basically the same. The similarities, needs, wants. As we treat them like kings and queens and get treated likewise. Love is a wonderful thing.
  4. Gee Shelly, I feel just like your signature comments…I eat 2 cups of food and still feel hungry! Major discipline in paying bills, not eating. You’re total Inspiration, you've come so far! Carol I’ll be at Doc McK next wends at noon to get a fill, it’s a quick trip into town, I’ve been so busy, otherwise I’d do lunch. The doc’s been doing quite a few bandsters lately. Lisa, I adore you too. Is that incision closed yet? Darcy watch out for the falling ice! Soon it will be worth every penny, when I get to goal…. Thanks for all the well wishes and congrats.

  10. Yes it is a good feeling!!! Thanks for the congrats. Marie, Your funny. Save up for PS and I'm still planning that wedding??? Once I get all my ducks in a row I'll go on part time. I sure can dream.... I still have goals to achive. I'll be on Water Skis this summer!!
  11. Paid off my Band. It took me over 16 months @ 5.9 %, but it's finally paid off. :banana :banana :banana So to Celebrate I've decided to get topped off a bit. I've been able to eat way too much. My last fill was November 11th under flouro, even though the doc said it was a textbook fill it never felt as tight as I did last year at this time. When I was newly banded and adjusted just right I had trained myself not to eat certain things such as breads and Pasta cause I knew they would come back up on me or give me a hard time going down (get stuck). I watched everything I ate! I need to get back on track, use FitDay and exercise. I lost that restricted feeling......bring back that.....feeling. Good luck to those trying to get the band. I paid out of pocket, borrowed on credit, and flew to Mexico by myself. The band is the best thing I ever did for myself...and my family!
  12. Hi Sweetheart. I sure have missed you. So happy to hear how good you are. You always loved the romantic stories and how you have one!!!. When I come on this board and read.., I say to myself "What would Donali say?" You always had the best advice with such a positive attitude. Again, We love to hear from you!
  13. Wow Leatha, I'm just seeing these pics. You look great bygolly!
  14. Can't think of any regrets what so ever. Best thing I ever done for myself and my family.
  15. Sending a prayer
  16. Blossom I was banded in Monterrey Mx and found several docs that will do fills near me, it's just a question of price. I have a swedish band simular to yours. It took me 3 fills durning the first few months to feel restriction (5.7cc's total) I'm looking into having another fill soon. I believe the new larger band you have is better then the smaller one. Once you get that restriction everything will start working like it should.
  17. Doc Sanchez banded me 8-14-03. I do not know Kelly???

Hi Donna...Welcome to LBT 26 lbs in 2 mo's is great! If your comfortable with how you feel and your food intake than why push a fill. When you stop loosing and are able to eat more then get a fill. It's all about how you feel. Restriction is the key with the band. Some people go for a long time before getting a fill. I got my first fill at 6 weeks then another 8 weeks later, then one more 8 weeks after that. That was last January. That fill did me good for 6 months. You learn to feel your body...everybody different
  19. Drink more water excersize more get up on water skis!
  20. You should report it, that's my opinion!Yes there's that chance it got banged hard durning impact. You don't see redness that's a good sign. On the other hand... I think it's stress. Your a bundle of nerves. Looking for the new car, brain compiling data. Insurance stuff.. If you've lost some weight lately, you feel the port more often. I'd still report it with the attending insurance physican, at least get it on record.
  21. Isn't that the way it go's...face shows so much. I feel like frosty the snow man right about now. I'm saving for a face lift...eyes, chin...neck...boobs
