  1. Nothing. It will break on its own. It happens to most, and you are just starting to lose, so it will obviously break on its own. Sounds like you are doing everything just right as it is. Just be patient.....and stop weighting yourself!
  2. I didn't have a lot, but I was a slow loser, and had a lot to begin with. I did cut my hair very short, and I got highlights with lowlights as well to add depth, and the appearance of more volume. Good luck!
  3. Well then! Damn girl, you got some big old boobies! Good luck to you!
  4. My heaviest was 320 my starting weight was 315. I am now hovering between 168-174 pounds. I am 5'9".
  5. Well first...how big are you? I have looked at hundreds of lifts without implants and I haven't liked any of them. I am scheduled on the 22nd to get a lift with implants because I want the girls to be full again. I am a dd now...but I don't want them smaller, I want them higher with more volume. Have you already lost all of your weight as well, because they do go more south and get smaller with all the weight loss. Also....make sure to see the plastic surgeons results with previous lifts. You get what you pay for, and sometimes cheaper isn't better. I already had my tummy tuck with my plastic surgeon and I couldn't be happier with the results...can't wait for those girls to be high and mighty again! Good luck to you!
  6. Yup! And....I can eat more too....don't let it bother you to much, I usually would pack on a couple of pounds over a few days...(water weight) ....then after my period was done I would lose all of that, and then some more. That was during the losing phase. U am in maintenance now, and I still do the same thing, except without the extra loss at the end. I have just learned to be a little bloated for a few days. good luck!
  7. Soon as he is rising to the occasion....and you are feeling frisky enough. Just no acrobatics yet...save that for at least 29-30 pounds lost! Hehe...don't want get anything sprung....well at least anything that's not supposed to be sprung...hehe Good luck and have fun!
  8. Ok, so I think I may have already replied to this one, but I'm gonna do it again just in case...... HELL YEAH IT IS! LOL! Much better, much easier, much more fun....exciting...and I am a wild crazy woman now. My husbands head is spinning...he doesn't know what the heck to do....but he loves it! Hehe
  9. My husband was very supportive. I didn't tell any of my boyfriends. Lol! Omg! I am just kidding...hehe But really didn't tell anyone else besides my husband, and he couldn't have been happier! He has been a skinny man his whole life and when we got married, 19 years ago now, I was skinny too.....so he didn't really sign up for the fat wife. He stuck with me, through thick and thin, and now I am thin again....and he is so excited he paid for me to get a tummy tuck already, and next up is new girls! He didn't really want me to get plastic surgery, but I really wanted it so he said he would do anything to make me happy! I am one lucky girl! Good luck to you!
  10. Very true...the only thing that helps is if you happen to be a slow loser, which most complain about that on the other hand. The rapid weight loss puts our bodies in shock, just like chemo does to cancer patients....and hair falls out. For some not as much as others, and I really believe it has to do with how slowly or quickly we lose our weight. No amount of supplements or protein, or certain shampoo is going to change that! good luck to you all....oh and btw....the hair always grows back! Lol
  11. I have noticed that I start to feel sore if I don't wear my binder for a while. Do you still feel like that too, this far out?
  12. I got 6 weeks no lifting anything over 10 pounds. You would probably get at least 6 weeks off being a nurse. Thank you;)
  13. So I had the luck of catching a chest cold that is making recovery hard. Coughing hurts...thankfully I was recovered as much as I am before I caught this!
  14. Would love to help as many people out there as I can. You are welcome to message me.
  15. I used to hate looking at myself in the mirror. Now I have a big one in my house that my husband jokes with me about...he says I only got it so I can look at myself in it. Hehe. I have to admit it is nice to walk by a mirror now and not shudder in discust at the reflection. Of corse I still see things I would like to look better, but overall I am happy with the woman in the mirror looking back at me again.
  16. Love it! I have had that happen a couple times now, and I am all like a little squeaky school girl when it happens! Hehe

  18. Yeah, my energy level steadily increased. I went from getting up by 6:30 and napping by around 10 till about 2 then being up for a couple of hours and then finding myself slipping off to sleep around 6 or so. Since about month 3 post op I stopped napping all together, and as a matter of fact, I even sleep less at night, heading to bed around 11-12 and waking up at 6:30. I feel like I am in my 20's again!
  19. What a big difference! Looking great, and very happy!
  20. I just got my tummy tuck two weeks ago, and I would suggest to wait till after you get yours. Depending on whether or not you need a full tuck, or just a mini....but I needed the full and my inscisions went all the way across to about the middle of my sides. I know that if I had a tattoo there that it would have turned out all mishapened. Good luck!
  21. I never could stand the chewable vitamins...but the gummy ones are just like candy. Love them. Biotin is supposed to help with hair loss, but if you ask me it's just a big fat waist of money. Everyone will have hair loss no matter what, some more then others....usually the ones that lose their hair the most also lose their weight the fastest. You should take some calcium vitamins and possibly an iron supplement, as most multivitamins do not have iron in them. That's about all that you need. Good luck to you, and welcome to the losers bench!
  22. These emotions you are having can also be explained by your actual weight loss. We store a lot of hormones in those fat cells.a lot of estrogen is being released while you are burning off those fat cells. This is exactly why the surgeons warn us so much about making sure not to get pregnant after this surgery, because it puts our bodies I to a hormone roller coaster ride, and we are turned into fertile turtles! Lol I hope you have someone you are able to turn to for emotional support during this time. If you ever need someone to talk to about your feelings in a more private setting, feel free to I'm me. I am no psychologist, but I am a psychiatric nurse, as well as someone who has been through this process already, and someone who has also suffered from depression. I just want you to know you are not alone in this, there are plenty of us out there that have gone, or are going through the same exact thing. Cin up....and try to force yourself to smile....it's a little trick to the brain, that actually sends endorphins through our body because your brain thinks you have a reason to be happy if you're smiling....lol
