I had my gallbladder scan today and the rest of my pre-op is Friday the 5th, not sure what all it entails but I know I have to meet with the nurse before the Dr visit.

Have your Dr do a physical - check blood work, etc maybe you will have bad cholesterol?

You are ushering in August for us! YAY!! I have heard the same about the c-section and hoping it's true!

Thankful mine go down fine but I definitely like some better than others. I drink Nectar Chocolate Truffle with milk twice a day and then make Nectar Twisted Cherry with half water half diet V8 Splash twice a day. I have a whole canister of the Nectar Cappuccino on top my fridge that I can't think what to do with it. I have also put Nectar unflavored in with my regular v8 and it doesn't mix great with that.

Some insurances do require that, someone else was asking about this. You can always have him ask his employer if they have a number you can call for new benefit questions. Often it is dictated by the employer.
