  6. Your day will come! Just keep at life Bandster style!
  7. I lost over Thanksgiving but gained today... could be delayed reaction or water. Sigh....
  8. Limit mashed potatoes... too easy to overeat them as they are a slider.!
  9. I would ask for surgeon next time. Ice helps the bruising.
  10. No white rice ever, I eat potatoes, but very small bits rarely, and usually sweet potatoes, more fiber, Beans will come back in later. What stage are you in? Check in with your Doctor or a Nutritionist that specializes in weight loss surgery.
  11. smack!!!! You know what to do, just do it for yourself!
  12. Sorry, NC here, but look for a practice that provides nutritionist, psychologist, seminars, support groups etc. And come here when all else fails!

  20. Welcome to our own private funny farm. Try to relax and enjoy the process and you will be a success!
  21. My first fill was with Fluoro... it was neat to see the process, but I don't need it everytime. I think it is good to check once in a while though. Glad you had a good visit with the doctor.
  22. Take each day as a new journey and go with the flow (pun intended) it changes sometimes for everyone.
  23. It always takes a long time to eat if you are doing it right. Try not to get into the mode of this is hard so I need an unfill. Learning to eat with the band takes time and focus. Make sure you are trying to talk and eat at the same time. Tight is good, at least for me, but I got here late, so make the best of what you have now. Still eat slow and chew, chew, chew. I should take 20 minutes for you allotted servings.
  24. Call the doctor... you know that so why ask us?
