Sorry, NC here, but look for a practice that provides nutritionist, psychologist, seminars, support groups etc. And come here when all else fails!

I agree with what Cheznoel said above. Try and find a place that has everything under one roof. Sometimes they are referred as 'Total Care'

You can also go to the Band manufacture website and do a search by zipcode.
