Hello Everyone!!!

I'm back had a great thanksgiving week I actually lost 2lbs ... Yeyy!

This is my family we had a blast at the ranch!

Anyway I have a question

I was reading my docs papers where it tells you what to eat it says

No beans

No potatoes

No rice

The question is ... Is this for ever? Does anybody know?
