Hello and Happy Holidays. I am new to these forums and am on day 4 of the postop diet, leading to my Lap band surgery this upcoming Friday (November 30). I am very excited to start this new chapter in my life, although a bit anxious at the same time. I am so glad to have found this site for support, questions, ans general info.

    Sorry. Meant to say I am preop going into surgery on Friday, not postop :rolleyes:
