  1. I am sorry your fellow c-workers are a**es!!! I had very favorable comments from most everyone, only a few asked why I needed to do that and I told them for ME!!!!! Yes, we are close, we WILL make it to goal!!!! Best of luck on your decision. Hugs!
  2. Everyone is different, I took three weeks but I was ready to go back in one!!! I told everyone who would listen about my surgery but that too is a personal decision, one you have to make. Why do you not want to tell anyone if you dont mind me asking? It will be easier if everyone knows upfront so they can be supportive of you and like you said, not question the weight loss, possibly thinking you are sick? Best of luck on your decision...and your surgery!
  3. Congrats to you....keep up the fantastic work!
  4. Everyone is different, I was one of the lucky ones, I wanted to go back to work after a week but my Dr said no, had to take 2 weeks. It does get better daily so hang in there!
  5. Dont worry, I have been on several cruises and there are soooo many things you can have. Have fun!
  6. 8-10 lbs a month is a realistic goal. Just remember the slower you lose, the less saggy skin!
  7. Woo hoo, you look fantastic, what a change!
  8. I would say he is just worried, my hubby was too. He is loving me now, I am so much happier and he is too!
  9. I had one on two days after surgery when I went shopping. No issues at all. No pain lifting the arms but the twisting and getting up from sleeping, a little sore but not bad!
  10. Hmmm...very interesting, I had never heard of it either. Makes sense tho!
  11. Congrats on your upcoming surgery! It is completely normal to be nervous and scared! I honestly was very calm the day of surgery, I had to be at the hospital at 5:30 in the am ( 1/2 hour from my house) I got there, checked in and was completely ok so maybe you will be too! If you just read up on all the successes on this site maybe that will help. I have absolutely no buyers remorse, I had no issues whatsoever! I knew I had made the right decision an hour after I got back to my room. I was up and walking the halls!!! Best of luck to you on a speedy recovery!
  12. Best of luck to all the September 28th sleevers!
