I feel the same way. My last nut visit is this thursday!!! It really has gone by quickly. I hope I get approved really fast. How wany more months do you have to wait?

Oh I still have 5 more Nut visits, Ijust started.........So won't be till April of next year I'm sure. But that is fine, gives me plenty of time to mentally prepare for this. FOOD is my friend and its going to be tough road but well worth it. And I also think once you start to slim down it just gets better and better not to want those bad foods. I am a Carbo, I love them carbs. I have also been paying close attention to when I eat them now. I get supper tired.

So all in all, I can't wait!!

The "national average" leak rate is 1%. Dr. Kim's is .01%. I wanted the best stats I could find. I thought 1% was too high.
