Can I ask exactly what you are feeling like right now? Btw congrats :)

Sure! I have some gas pain in my shoulder that I have been trying to walk off. I am working on little sips of apple juice and gatorade. The most discomfort I have is around this damn drain lol, but it is bearable. Im excited to know that the drain comes out tomorrow. I have been walking, watching tv, and dozing off here or there all day. I did almost get sick after my antibiotic it tasted like banana chalk, but I was quickly given anti nausea meds that took it away. Btw I was only given antibiotics because they found that I had a utI from my urine sample

Thank u so much for responding. How did u feel when u woke up from surgery was there a lot of pain?

Np! I woke up in the recovery room freezing and nauseated but with no pain.

That's great to hear, I have been hearing horror stories about pain when u wake up.. I appreciate you taking the time to answer these questions for me :0)

No problem, good luck with ur surgery :-)

Well I had some pain when I woke up. most of it in and under my chest but I also had a hernia repair. They did a complete cardio work up and everything was fine! It's hard to up out of bed but walking does help a lot! I'm home now and starting to feel tons better! Mainly bloated and swollen in my belly. I didn't have a drain tube! Would I do it all again. YES YES YES!
