  4. I use them quite often, great portion control. Sure, some have more sodium and carbs than others, just be choosy when you look at them. Higher protein, lower carbs, less sodium, there are lots of options.
  5. Had my surgery on a Thursday am, was home Friday by noon, out Monday grocery shopping etc. Everyone is different, I have a pretty high pain tolerance tho. Your body will tell you, trust me!

  7. Hang in there Wendy, it does get better, I promise! We all had that feeling at one time or another. Mix it up a bit, add some calories, water, exercise, it worked for me every time. Best of luck to you!
  8. 5-6 times a day...depending on what I have planned for that day. Some days have less calories so I add an extra snack.
  9. I agree, I plan on a small spoon of potatoes, stuffing, yams, brussels and a slice of turkey, no bread...good to go! I have been using a small salad plate since surgery, works great!

  11. You will be just fine....dont worry! Try upping your water, exercise and protein, it helped for me! I hit several stalls, I am on a 2 month one right now and I am almost 10 months out but I have been bad, eating great but drinking some wine...ok....more than I should! Best of luck to you!

  14. Height 5'6' Highest weight 255 size 20 pants 2x-3x tops Surgery weight 240 size 18 pants 1x-2x tops Current weight 169 size 8 ( some 6) pants and L (some M) tops I too have been slacking the last couple months, havent lost.....but havent gained. Need to kick back into gear!

  24. I am finding I am hungry more often too. If so, I have vegies and fruit ready for me, most of the time a few bites does the trick.
