  2. Well I was taking some prenatal gummies that Target sells, I cant remember the name , but their target brand and had no problem , and I was advised to take baby asprin to prevent any blood clotting . I was also taking progesterone to support my pregnancy and an increased dosage of folic acid .
  3. I think everything should be fine , My pregnancy was great !! I didn't have any problems at all , but I did get a little off track in eating what I wanted I did gain 30lbs , but I felt that I was always hungry and snacking , so now I have this habit to kick lol but I slowly losing again .
  4. I had infertility issues for over 11 years of being married , I have several infertility treatments , due to hormonal imbalances and pcos , I was told it would be hard for me to get pregnant . I went in for surgery on 1/18/12 hoping this would be my last option. I got pregnant 7 months later , after losing 75+ pound . Sadly I miscarried at 9wks , but I had not given up hope , a month later I was pregnant again which I have now given birth to 4 months ago. I am glad to say that I'm truly blessed after 11 years of trying.

  10. You need to be really careful with this ... Make sure your drinking plenty of fluids . This was happening to me before and didnt think much of it, till I finally passed out and had to go to the ER becasue of it . It turned out that i was slowy getting dyhyrated and had to be put on LIQUID IV'S to rehydrate my body . This was a bit scary for me because I felt great all along , just some dizzy spells from on and off till i finally woke up with a big bump on my head on the shower floor from passing out .
  11. I was sleeved on 1/18/12 and I noticed that I was constantly craving pickles 1 week right after surgery . I spoke to my doctor and he said that I might be a lil low on sodium intake and , thats why my body had salty craving ..... It kinda did make sense to me .
  12. No I never thought about trying it for arms ... sorry , something to think about tho ......
  13. Well my doctor said it was okay to wear it , as long as my incisions were healed. Makes me feel way better than not wearing anything at all , I see it slimming and giving my waistline a better shape , no muffin top whatsoever !! lol
  14. I started using them right after a week of surgery , This has helped me well at least i believe it has , I cant go a day without wearing it . I wear it everyday all day and just sleep with out it .
  15. Hello , ladies I too have have pcos and for quite a few years . My cycles were very irregular like maybe once or twice a year . I got sleeved on 1/18/12 ,LOST 62ILBS and I have gotten my cycle ever month since then .. not a regulated 28 day cycle but more like 30 day or so but im getting there . Doc said I need to give it time to regulate my hormones . So i guess it is true weight does after pcos , but on the brighter side good thing I got sleeved !!!!
